Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the watch or kit in its original display box, ensuring all tools, parts, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our watchmakers inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
