How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Rotate Watch comes with a limited 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement issues under normal use.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Most of our models are water-resistant up to 5 ATM (50 meters), making them safe for light splashes and rain, though we recommend removing them before swimming or diving.
Can I adjust the strap size myself?
Our metal link bracelets include a sizing tool, and our leather straps feature multiple adjustment holes to ensure a perfect fit for any wrist size.
